Mura Hotel - Bansko

The location was great for me as it was adjacent to the center and a big supermarket, an exchange and one of the best restaurants in Bansko. It also was to far of a walk to the charming old town: )

So we also would return there, but we didn't have time. There is a wide array of good food for breakfast. The hotel staff are attentive. The venue has good location to far of a walk to the charming old town.

Wellness area with slippers was enjoyable.

This place is absolutely great and comfortable and the staff are AMAZINGLY GREAT. It offers extremely spacious rooms with balcony as well as comforble beds. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is fab. Thanks, you are dope!

Both lovable and frustrating

The wellness area was a good surprise, complete with complimentary slippers, and the minibus service to the gondola made skiing easy!

Limited breakfast options were disappointing, and the coffee quality definitely needs improvement, making morning meals less enjoyable.

Fantastic spa services made my stay enjoyable.

The carpet in our room looked unclean and old. The hotel's location posed a challenge, as the parking was 200 meters away. Although the reception staff was friendly, the language barrier with other employees who only spoke Bulgarian caused a lot of confusion .

Mura Hotel is located in an excellent building with a fantastic location that's just a short walk from the charming old town. the staff is pleasant and offers excellent service. I would definitely stay there again!

Improve breakfast variety and coffee quality.

During our family trip, we enjoyed our stay in the Twin Room with Relax Center Access. The wellness area was complimentary and came with slippers, which added a nice touch. The proximity to numerous traditional restaurants offered us plenty of options for local cuisine. The ski storage was spacious, which was perfect for our gear, and we appreciated the minibus service to the gondola lift, ensuring easy access to skiing each day.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Free shuttle was always on time, but breakfast could improve.

Awesome spot for ski trips!

Spent 4 nights here with a group, and it was great! Rooms were spacious and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was simple but filled us up. The bar area was cozy for chill time after skiing. All in all, would recommend this place!

The carpets throughout the hotel show age and certainly look unclean, which detracts from the overall feel of the place. The parking situation is less than ideal, located 200 meters away. The limited breakfast offerings leave much to be desired, especially the lack of fresh fruit and variety in hot items. Some rooms can get excessively warm at night, leading to uncomfortable sleep unless you leave the balcony door open. This could benefit from an adjustment in shuttle service timings that align better with guests' skiing schedules.

The Twin Room we stayed in was spacious with a comfortable setup. We appreciated the hot water, a blessing after skiing. The daily cleaning kept everything tidy, and the free spa access was a nice touch. But it felt a bit dated and could use some modernization. I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable. A pretty decent option for a ski trip.

This place suits me perfectly! Great amenities like free wi-fi, ski storage, 24-hour reception, and a cozy bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with printing tickets, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend enjoying the spa services.
